SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Divination Tattoo & Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at divinationtattoo@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After receiving the RMA number, place item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
